You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  • WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION

6. Limitation of Liability

COMPLETE WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EIG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Business interruption or loss of goodwill
  • Any damages arising from reliance on information provided
  • Any damages resulting from business decisions made using our services
  • Any damages arising from third-party actions or services
  • Any damages regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility thereof

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

7. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you use our services at your sole risk. Business transactions, valuations, and strategic decisions involve inherent uncertainties and risks. You assume full responsibility for all decisions made based on information or guidance provided by EIG. Actual results may vary materially from any estimates, projections, or analyses we provide.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EIG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content or information you provide; or (e) any business decisions or transactions you undertake.

9. No Professional Relationship

The use of our services does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship. Our services are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any business decisions.

10. Intellectual Property
